Méthodologie : Faire un CV

Créé sur la base de vos expériences et compétences professionnelles, le CV reflète votre personnalité, c'est votre passeport pour l'emploi. Il est donc nécessaire de le rendre lisible, accessible et attrayant.

Lu en quelques minutes, votre CV doit en premier attirer le regard et susciter l'intérêt. En résumé, votre CV s'apparente à une plaquette commerciale répondant à des règles de présentation et de mise en forme. N'oubliez pas que votre CV est votre passeport, il vous ressemble et véhicule votre image professionnelle, prenez le temps de soigner sa présentation et son contenu.

La présentation générale du CV

La présentation du CV a une importante toute particulière puisque c'est l'impression générale que vous donnez au recruteur. Voici donc les règles de base à suivre pour une présentation classique et professionnelle:

- Le CV doit être dactylographié
- Imprimé sur papier A4 de bonne qualité
- Le CV doit être court (1 page voir 2 si vous avez au moins 10 ans d'expérience)
- Il doit être aéré et suivre une chronologie logique
- Les phrases doivent être courtes (vous pourrez développer dans votre lettre)
- Faire ressortir les points clés de votre parcours
- Quelques couleurs pour égayer
- Évitez les fautes d'orthographe
- Évitez les fantaisies

Les grandes rubriques du CV

L'état-civil : votre carte de visite
Placée habituellement en haut de votre CV, elle fait office de carte de visite. Voici l'essentiel des informations à donner:
- Nom
- Prénom
- Age
- Adresse personnelle
- Coordonnées téléphoniques (mobile si possible)
- Email (pour un premier contact rapide)

L'accroche : la mise en valeur de votre potentiel
L'accroche se place directement sous l'état-civil. Elle doit sauter aux yeux de votre lecteur. C'est vote message publicitaire, le titre de votre CV. Ne limitez pas cette partie à un titre de poste, ajoutez y des informations percutantes, utilisez des couleurs et un police de texte plus grande.

L'expérience
Reprenez les informations d'avant réalisation (mini bilan professionnel) pour commencer cette partie. Répertoriez l'ensemble de vos postes avec leur dates respectives. Pour chaque poste, vous devez indiquer : l'entreprisse, les postes occupés et leurs missions principales et, bien sur, les résultats. Ces derniers ont une importance capitale puisque qu'ils permettent de mettre en valeur votre parcours.

La formation
La partie "Formation" se compose de 4 sous parties, à savoir:
=> La formation scolaire/initiale et les diplômes obtenus,
=> Les formations professionnelles,
=> La maîtrise des outils techniques particuliers,
=> Les langues

Informations complémentaires , hobbies
Partie libre. Vous pouvez y indiquer vos centres d'intérêt, vos voyages, vos passions.

Faire son CV : Les derniers conseils

1/ Relisez votre CV après l'avoir imprimé, on ne sait jamais, il peut contenir des fautes.
2/ Soyez sûr de pouvoir détailler toutes les informations inscrites dans votre CV lors de l'entretien.
3/ Faites-le relire par une personne afin de savoir s'il est lisible, compréhensible et clair.
4/ Demandez-vous si votre CV est convaincant.
