Si vous êtes employé en CDI vous avez le droit de démissionner. Cependant vous devez respectez la législation en vigueur. Dans le cas contraire votre employeur pourrait se retourner contre vous et au pire vous demander des dommages et intérêts.

Pour totalement en accord total avec la loi nous vous recommandent vivement de faire parvenir votre lettre de démission à votre employeur par accusé de réception. Elle vous permettra d'éviter toute contestation de la part de votre employeur

En règle générale, votre préavis débute le jour de la réception de la lettre de motivation.
