La plus classique dans mes expérience reste:

- "Quels sont vos points forts et vos faibles ?"

Agaçant tout de même. De plus, il n'y a pas de réponses toute faite car les interlocuteurs n'en attendent pas tous le même chose. Donc il faut en avoir préparé plusieurs avant pour piocher dedans le moment voulu ;-) .

Dans ce genre de questions il faut trouver des qualités déguisées en défauts. Exemple :
- Perfectionniste que vous allez passé bcp de temps à peaufiner un projet, peut^-être trop... mais au moins l'employeur saura que les projets seront finalisés "au petits oignons" ;-)
- Critique ... mais propose des solutions.

Enfin l'idée est de trouver des défauts, qui vis-à-vs u postes peuvent être vues comme des qualités. Trop perfectionniste ira très bien pour un analyste, un chercheur, ect ... anticonformiste ira très bien pour un créatif... adaptez-vous ;-)
