bonjour a toutes et a tous et merci a Créer un cv pour ce site gratuit!
voici mon problème ; j'arrive bien à télécharger le cv mais quand il s'ouvre avec microsoft word un message d'érreur apparait de: microsoft visual C++ runtine library ,et il me ferme la fenetre automatiquement. j'ai remarquer que le fichier télécharger est en zip.
que puis je faire?

Les CV sont archivés au format ZIP comme vous avez pu le remarquer.
Pour "dézipper" le document Word et ainsi transformer le fichier .ZIP en .DOC, vous devez utiliser le logiciel 7ZIP que vous pourrez télécharger à cette adresse : http://www.7-zip.org/ ou directement ici http://downloads.sourceforge.net/sevenzip/7z465.exe
