Petite question Une lettre de promesse d'embauche envoyée par mail a-t-elle une valeur juridique ? J'ai reçu cette lettre de promesse sans signature réelle. C'est plus une confirmation par mail. Je m'inquiète là ...

Bonjour,

Même si la forme verbale de la promesse d'embauche est aujourd'hui reconnue, il est préférable d’obtenir une promesse d’embauche par écrit (signée, datée et avec le papier en-tête de l'entreprise).

En cas de problème, il sera plus facile de prouver l'intention d'embauche avec une preuve écrite.

Pour information un mail ne peut être reconnu comme fiable/preuve, que s'il a pas fait l'objet d'une signature électronique.
