Je viens de créer mon compte mais je n'arrive pas à télécharger ma photo d'identité pourtant elle fait 12 ko j'ai essayé en jpeg ou en gif mais rien à faire voici le message d'erreur qui apparait :
Le fichier choisi /tmp/PHOTO 2_1.jpg n'a pas pu être transféré, car le répertoire de destination sites/default/files/pictures/picture-131139.jpg n'est pas correctement configuré.
Échec du transfert du portrait ; le répertoire 'pictures' n'existe pas ou n'est pas accessible en écriture.
URGENT - MERCI DE ME DONNER UNE REPONSE.
