personnellement, je n'aime pas cette formule ( que je trouve un peu trop guindée ) mais je ne vois pas pourquoi elle ne serait pas utilisable par une Femme s'adressant à un Homme.
Pour ma part, je préfères:

" ... l'expression de mes sincères salutations. "
