Bonjour,

Il s'agit surtout de s'adapter aux usages de l'entreprise et du poste pour lesquels vous postulez.

Pour les postes commerciaux, le port de la cravate et du costume est fortement conseillé. Pour les postes d'informaticiens, ou postes sédentaires, un tenu plus "conventionnelle" peut-être acceptée.

A l'inverse une touche d'originalité peut être conseillée pour les postes de créatifs.

Quoiqu'il en soit en portant un costume et une cravate pour votre entretien, vous démontrez votre motivation pour le poste. On ne vous reprochera jamais d'en portez une, l'inverse peut--être...
