A quoi servent les tests de recrutement ?

Lest tests de recrutements sont généralement des épreuves écrites sous formes de QCM (questionnaires à choix multiples) qui permettent de mesurer et évaluer les candidats sous plusieurs angles :

Ses compétences pour le poste
Son caractère
Son profil professionnel
Ses motivations

Le test de recrutement permet au recruteur d'obtenir une cartographie du profil professionnel du candidat. Il lui sera ainsi plus facile le juger et le comparer à d'autres personnes qui postule pour le même poste.

Se préparer à un test de recrutement

Il n'y a pas de méthode miracle pour se préparer à un test de recrutement... surtout si celui-ci vise à déterminer votre personnalité. Dans ce cas nous vous conseillons d'être le plus naturel possible. Inutile de mentir en répondant aux questions ou de chercher à vous inventer une personnalité, les questionnaires sont fait pour contrer ces éventualités. Le recruteur sera si vous avez menti sur une points de votre caractère.

Restez donc naturel, spontané et positif.
