Une lettre de motivation efficace

Rédiger une lettre de motivation n'est pas aussi simple qu'on le pense.

En dehors du style et de la mise en forme, vous devez au préalable vous renseigner sur l'entreprise et répondre aux besoins du poste (expériences, compétences) décrits dans l'offre d'emploi. Voici nos conseils pour rédiger une lettre de motivation efficace.

La mise en forme de la lettre de motivation

- Vous devez écrire votre lettre de motivation à la main (sauf si vous l'envoyez par mail),
- Utilisez un support au format A4,
- Limitez-vous à une page,
- Personnalisez au maximum votre lettre de motivation,
- Relisez plusieurs fois votre lettre de motivation afin d'éliminer toutes fautes d'orthographe.

La règle de Vous, Moi et Vous & Moi

- VOUS (la société) :
Si vous envoyez une lettre de candidature spontanée, vous devrez montrer à l'entreprise votre intérêt pour le poste. Ex: "Votre entreprise leader sur le marché de xxxx possède certainement un service marketing. Dans ce cadre, ma candidature peu vous intéresser. Dans le cas où vous envoyez une lettre de réponse à une annonce, reprenez les éléments de l'offre afin de montrer au recruteur que vous avez bien identifié ses besoins.

- MOI (votre futur collaborateur)
Mettre vos qualités professionnelles en évidence. Ne reprenez pas les éléments de votre CV, cela ne sert à rien de répéter deux fois la même chose. Reprenez simplement les responsabilités qui retiendront l'attention de l'entreprise.

- VOUS & MOI (NOUS)
Restez cohérent. Vous ayez choisi d'être "assistant comptable", "ingénieur commercial", ou "directeur financier" ... mais pas les trois en même temps. Il faut être précis et circonstancié. Ne dites pas que vous êtes disponible pour tous les postes libres, mais plutôt que vous cherchiez un poste dans le domaine du marketing.

- FIN :Restez sobre et polie.
Concluez par : "Je reste à votre disposition pour tout entretien...." ou "En espérant vous avoir convaincu de mon sérieux et de ma motivation, je vous propose une entretien pour la semaine....".
