Vous êtes étudiant ou vous venez de terminer vos études et vous souhaitez trouver un emploi. Il ne vous reste plus qu'à vous mettre en recherche et éplucher les petites annonces des nombreux sites emploi. Dès que vous aurez trouvé l'annonce qui vous correspond vous commencerez la rédaction de votre CV.

En tant que jeune actif (ancien étudiant), vous n'avez pas encore beaucoup d'expérience professionnelle et donc peu de matière à mettre sur votre curriculum vitae. Mais vous avez de nombreux atouts :
- Vous êtes motivés,
- Prêt à vous former en entreprise,
- Vous demandez une rémunération moins importante que quelqu'un qui a de l'expérience,

C'est cet ensemble de qualités qui font votre richesse et qui vont séduire un employeur.

Comment structurez votre CV d'étudiant ?

Vos formations
Commencez votre CV en présentant vos différentes formations. En n'oubliant pas de mettre en valeur les cours, les missions, vos rapports ou mémoires de stage ou encore certains éléments de votre formation qui sont en rapport direct avec le poste auquel vous postulez. C'est très important ne négligez pas cette partie ! Sachant que vous avez peu d'expérience vus devez montrer au recruteur que votre formation vous à préparer au métier auquel vous postulez.

Vos expériences professionnelles
Listez l'ensemble de vos expériences : stages, job d'été, vie extra-universitaire, vie associative ou sportive. N'omettez pas les expériences qui peuvent vous valoriser ou montrer vos qualités professionnelles et personnelles.

Langues - Compétences clés
Là encore listez l'ensemble des logiciels ou langues que vous maîtrisez et qui vous seront utiles dans votre nouvelle fonction.

Les principaux défauts des CV étudiants

Dans la majeure partie des cas, voici les principales erreurs que commentent les étudiants sur leur CV :
- Le CV est vide, peu développé. L'étudiant se limite à titrer et lister l'ensemble de ses formations et expériences. Pensez à détailler vos missions, stages et différentes expériences.
- Le CV est mal présenté. Restez sobre.
- Le titre du CV est "Curriculum vitae". Le titre de votre CV doit reprendre le titre du poste ou l'objectif de carrière que vous vous êtes fixé.
- Le CV n'est pas personnalisé et ne met pas assez en valeur les éléments clés correspondant à l'offre d'emploi visée.
