Un bon entretien de recrutement est :

- Interactif : Vous ne devez pas toujours monopoliser la parole.
- Dynamique : Ne laissez pas de blanc pendant la discussion.
- Organisé : Le recruteur à l'initiative du départ. Il commence généralement par vous exposer les missions du poste puis vous questionne sur votre cursus professionnel, l'entreprise, vos motivations.
- Limité : Vous avez un temps déterminé. Si le recruteur accorde 30 minutes à votre entretien il faut que vous soyez synthétique et clair.
Se préparer :

Voici une "check-list" des précautions à prendre avant votre départ pour l'entretien :

=> Relire son CV et sa lettre de motivation.
=> Relire la description du poste et cibler les points clefs de l'annonce.
=> S'informer sur l'entreprise via son site web ou Internet en général.
=> Connaître la localisation du lieu de rendez-vous et faire une estimation du temps pour s'y rendre. (Objectif: ne pas arriver en retard).
=> Prévoir une sacoche, un bloc-notes et un crayon pour noter certaines informations ou pour transporter des documents (notamment un deuxième CV au cas où le recruteur aurait égaré le vôtre).
=> Penser à votre "look" : rasé, cheveux peignés, costume, tailleur si vous en avez.
=> Reprenez les questions que vous souhaitez poser et auxquelles vous aurez à répondre.
